Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

To Maximize the Sales and Gross Profit in the timely supply of staff to clients in the E & C industries, by reflecting the culture and values of EPCglobal.

OBJECTIVES

Recruitment – To maintain a pool of qualified contractors in line with anticipated demand, ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards.

Service – To match and exceed candidate expectations by offering responsive service and providing requisition opportunities

TASKS / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  • To prepare and facilitate an ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment campaign that ensures sufficient numbers of candidates are maintained to meet the needs of EPC clients
  • To Interview/screen/register inline with company standards by the most appropriate method: in person, by telephone, online.
  • To provide a steady stream of candidates into the Recruitment Consultants, Divisional Managers or Principal Consultants to ensure our requisitions are filled

Service

  • To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating contractor and client profiles through a structured contact management approach
  • To source candidates for all available opportunities through the database, networking, referrals, job boards, etc.
  • To gain full candidate details regarding the types of positions they are looking for, locations and pay desired
  • Proactively facilitate the matching process of contractors to requisitions
  • To regularly review contractor satisfaction levels
